Forget Miracles. Join the Tree Planting Movement at Forest Friends
From “One Day” to “Day One”: A Community Blueprint for Reforesting Our Planet April 22nd is a fixed point on the calendar—a global reminder, marked by rallies, documentaries, and symbolic acts. It is Earth Day. At Forest Friends, however, we believe the planet needs more than a “one day” event. It doesn’t need a annual, fleeting miracle. It needs a sustained, community-driven decision to stop waiting for someone else to act. It needs Day One. The Blueprint of Day One Our refined blueprint for change, as seen in our latest video script and community emails, is not about a grand, immediate transformation. It is about the first physical step into the rich soil of a regenerative project. This vision is only possible because we are not growing alone. We are proud to work alongside dedicated partners who bring our mission to life. In just the last year, we’ve been joined by forward-thinking companies like Mapfre, WorldXChange, Luz del Sur, and MSC, who are contributing to critical projects like “Milagros and Friends.” Even global leaders like Adidas Peru have joined the partner level to secure a greener legacy. The Blueprint of Day One Our community of friends includes remarkable partners who have built sustainable contributions into their core mission. We are inspired by the dedication of Tulu Travel & Swetours, and especially by the monumental impact of the CEPA Foundation. Since 2020, with the support of over 60 universities and colleges worldwide, the CEPA Study Abroad has planted an astounding 10,000+ cumulative trees. In addition, CEPA’s initiative offsets an average of 1,400 tonnes of CO₂ per year through Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), leading to a total offset of approximately 13,000 tonnes of CO₂ by 2030. This level of long-term commitment is the perfect example of turning “one day” into thousands of successful Day Ones. Tree by tree, sapling by sapling, we are weaving a greener future. We are moving past the desire for a miracle and accepting the responsibility of action. The best time to plant a tree was decades ago. The second best time is right now. Visit forestfriends.eco, choose your project, claim your certificate, and start your legacy. Let’s turn “one day” into Day One, and grow a cooler world together. I Want To Support Now
